As a result, we have succeeded in developing a mycelial culture medium extract of shiitake mushrooms (LEM), which we have introduced to the world as a health food. In recent years, Ganoderma lucidum mycelium culture medium extract (MAK) and shiitake mushroom fermented rice bran extract (LEF) have also been developed and are expected to be used in the future together with LEM.
